Maroon Ridge is a local family owned and operated business. We love getting to know our clients, so we feel like you should know us too! Matt is a flight Paramedic for Air Rescue right here in Jasper, Texas.  Jess is an elementary administrator just up the road in Fred, Texas. We have been married for over a decade and have four children, Madison, Bryce, Livi Kate, and Wes. Matt and Jess are both Aggies *WHOOP* and Jess is a LU alumni as well. We truly have a passion for the things that we do, including making your event the best it could possibly be.

We had the vision for Maroon Ridge long before the pieces fell together in 2019. For years, we had dreamed of creating a timeless establishment where friends and families could gather and make memories that would last forever (plus, having four children, we knew our own family would have our fair share of events to come)! In 2016, we decided that our dreams couldn't become a reality unless we acted upon them. We followed a few property leads and pushed to find the perfect opportunity to get it all started....but nothing felt right. Then, we came across the perfect little place here in Jasper. We knew immediately that it could embody everything we had envisioned for our venue. After a little luck, a lot of work, and a whole lot of praying...Maroon Ridge was finally a reality!
